For documents originating in the US that must be legally valid in few specific countries (see list below), we offer sworn translations performed by officially authorized translators.
A sworn translation (traducción jurada, traduction assermentée, tradução juramentada, etc.) is completed by a translator who has been appointed or licensed by a government or court to certify translations for official use.
Each translation bears the translator’s official stamp and signature, giving it full legal validity in the issuing country — no notarization or apostille is required.
We currently provide sworn translations for the following language pairs and jurisdictions:
Spain – English ↔ Spanish, Latin ↔ Spanish
Mexico – English ↔ Spanish
Argentina – English ↔ Spanish
Honduras – English ↔ Spanish
UAE – English ↔ Arabic
France – English ↔ French
Brazil – English ↔ Portuguese
Czech Republic – English ↔ Czech
Poland – English ↔ Polish
Sworn translations are commonly required for:
Birth, marriage, and academic certificates

Do you provide certified translations for USCIS?
Yes. All our certified translations meet USCIS requirements and include a signed certification statement.
What’s the difference between certified and sworn translations?
Certified translations include a signed (and notarized, if required) statement of accuracy and are widely accepted for official use in the U.S. (such as USCIS or apostille processing) and most other countries.
Sworn translations are completed by government-authorized translators — for example, in Spain, by Traductores Jurados appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and are legally recognized within that country.
Can I get my translated document apostilled?
Absolutely. We can handle both the translation and apostille process for a complete, end-to-end solution.
How long does a translation take?
Most translations are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the length and complexity of the document.
Which languages do you translate?
We offer professional translations in 99 languages, covering all major world languages — including Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, and more. Whatever your document or destination, we can handle it.
Do you accept handwritten or old documents?
Yes, as long as they’re legible. We’ll review them first to confirm readability before proceeding.
