Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are only available if: 

• We are unable to complete your requested service due to our error.

We aim to meet promised turnaround times, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (such as government office delays, shipping carriers, or incomplete client documentation). We will keep you informed — but plan ahead.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver top-quality service, but we’re not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Delays or failures caused by third parties (couriers, government offices, etc.).

• Your failure to provide correct or complete information.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

You and Shah Notary & Apostille Services agree:

• To waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

• That each party will bear its own arbitration costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

• That either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court if necessary to prevent immediate harm.
