Each named signer will need a valid government issued ID (e.g. Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.). IDs that do not have a photograph are not valid forms of ID for the purposes of performing notarization.
Note: Ensure the name on the document requiring notarization matches the name on the ID. e.g. if your ID contains only your first and last name but your document contains the middle name/initial - the ID verification will be incomplete and we cannot proceed with the notarization.

According to New Jersey's Notary Public manual, if the ID has expired no more than 3 years from the date when the notarization is performed, that ID is considered acceptable. If your ID has expired more than 3 years ago, please call us to determine alternate options.
Yes, we do provide witnesses, if requested, for an additional fee. The fee varies based on the day/time of the appointment and the witness' availability. If you would like us to provide you witness service, please call to confirm the witness' availability.
Please check with the nursing staff that the patient is cleared to sign at the intended time of notarization.
The signer must be coherent, aware of the nature of the document(s) and must be willing and not under any duress to sign the document.
