At Shah Notary & Apostille, all services begin with a quote request. Clients may either contact us directly or submit a quote request form through our website.
Once we review your request, we’ll provide a custom quote with a single total amount for your convenience. After payment of the required deposit, you’ll receive a private link to book your appointment at a time that works best for you.
After you approve your estimate, a Square invoice will be issued for the required payment.
For totals under $50, full payment is due upfront.
For totals $50 or more, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your timeslot.
Your appointment is confirmed only once payment is received.
📦 Shipping: Should you wish to use our shipping services, any applicable shipping and handling fees will be included in your quote. Full details are available in our Shipping & Handling Policy.
All deposits and prepaid fees are non-refundable and applied toward your final balance.
The remaining balance (if any) is due on the day of your appointment, prior to or at the time of service.
Because we do not double-book appointments, deposits are non-refundable once a timeslot has been secured.
If you decide not to proceed after paying, the payment will be forfeited.
In extenuating circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies), a partial refund or future credit may be offered at our discretion.
Processing fees charged by Square or other payment platforms are non-refundable under any circumstance.
You may reschedule once per appointment, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is handled case-by-case based on availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may incur additional travel or preparation fees.
We understand emergencies can happen. Exceptions to this policy are made solely at our discretion and may require supporting documentation.
Quote turnaround: Most quotes are provided within 4 business hours. If your intake form is submitted outside business hours, you’ll receive your quote the next business day.
Urgent or same-day requests: Please call us directly — same-day appointments cannot be guaranteed through the online form.
Custom pricing: All quotes are provided as a single total amount based on your completed intake form and requested service details. We do not use automated or “starting at” pricing.
