Tell us about your application — local or remote, adult or minor. We'll confirm your service fee and schedule next steps.
2. Document Collection & Review:
Local clients: Bring your documents to our Edison, NJ office. We'll scan, review, and take your compliant passport photo in-person.
Remote clients: We'll guide you on what to send. You'll also submit a raw photo per our instructions — we handle background removal, sizing, and compliance.
3. Application Preparation:
We complete your forms, prepare compliant photos, tab-label all supporting documents, and draft two cover letters — one for your records and one addressed to VFS.
4. Signature & Notarization:
Local clients: We notarize and have you self-attest documents in-person at our office.
Remote clients: You'll receive a submission-ready package with every signature and notarization point clearly marked. Your cover letter explains exactly what to sign and have notarized locally. Note: According to the government regulations, the notarization must be done by a commissioned notary in your state using wet ink.
5. Client Tracking & Updates:
We prepare your shipping label and submission-ready packet for VFS. Once shipped, we provide your tracking details and application number so you can monitor progress directly.
