When you book an appointment with Shah Notary & Apostille Services, a $10 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your requested date and time. This fee will be applied as a credit toward your final service total.
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form. Once the form is completed, we will provide a quote based on the services needed. Your appointment is not confirmed until you approve the quote and we formally accept the appointment. At that time, your card will be charged for the $10 booking fee only. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
The $10 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations.
If you cancel after your appointment has been confirmed, additional fees may apply if any service preparation has already started.
Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior may be treated as a cancellation.
Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the $10 booking fee and may incur additional charges if travel or preparation has already been performed.
We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
